Test Engineer Intern
The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked me why I applied to this specific role, about my projects on my resume, and some basic Python questions. They also asked behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time when I had to work with a team on something.'
- How would you test an elevator?
Validation Engineer
First, I sent in my resume, and there were about 400 applications in total. Then, I had to submit a video answering a question like 'how have you shown leadership and innovation in a previous project?'. After that, there was an on-site interview which included a company tour, and there were about 40 people who made it to this stage. Finally, they made an offer to about 12 people. The on-site part also had a couple of presentations, a tour of the company, and some group activities with the other candidates. The actual interview itself was mostly behavioral questions, like 'How did you handle disagreements in past group projects?' and 'How have you shown creativity and innovation?'.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with disagreements in a group project.
- How do you show creativity?
Validation Engineer
I applied online at the end of Jan. Got a video interview invite in the second week of Feb. Had my first F2F interview at the end of Feb, and then a second F2F interview the first week of Mar. At the end of Mar, I got a generic rejection email. I'm really disappointed with how they treated me after three interviews, with no feedback even after emailing and calling. They really don't respect applicants.
- Can you describe a time you had to resolve a dispute within your team?
- Could you explain the concepts of verification and validation?
- What is your approach to prioritizing different projects?
