The recruiters were pretty upfront about things most of the time. They had a good mix of behavioral and technical questions, and you got to meet with leadership and a bunch of other people. On the downside, the whole thing could feel like it took forever. Some interviews went off-topic with the question complexity compared to the job description. Also, getting feedback or hearing back after the final rounds wasn't always super quick.

Had a recruiter phone screen, then a personality quiz. After that, a take-home assessment. Then I interviewed with a senior developer about tech stuff, mostly React and TypeScript. After that, I met with two more managers and we talked tech and they asked personality questions. Then I met with another senior manager. Basically, I met with a lot of people over several days.

I went to the campus career fair and talked to a recruiter about the Software Engineer Intern role and what they were looking for. A few days later, I got a call for an on-site interview which had two rounds. The first round focused on logic and coding. The second round was based on my resume and covered OOP concepts. The recruiter let me know a few days after that the team had positive feedback. However, I never heard back after that. I reached out to the recruiter months later and found out they didn't get manager approvals, so they couldn't offer me the position.
