Behavioral Technical System Design

The recruiters were pretty upfront about things most of the time. They had a good mix of behavioral and technical questions, and you got to meet with leadership and a bunch of other people. On the downside, the whole thing could feel like it took forever. Some interviews went off-topic with the question complexity compared to the job description. Also, getting feedback or hearing back after the final rounds wasn't always super quick.

Behavioral Presentation Behavioral Technical

It was a 4-round interview process. First, a 30-minute recruiter call that was mostly behavioral and asked about my past job experience. Then, an hour video call with the hiring manager who explained their current project using a PowerPoint and asked for my thoughts on how I'd approach it. Next, I interviewed with the director who wanted to discuss my past experiences and future career plans. They mentioned I seemed like a mid-level candidate but still wanted me to proceed to the final round, which would be more technical. In the last interview, they presented a PowerPoint that explained the problem better, and two employees asked me how I would tackle it. The interviews were fairly easy, but it felt like they weren't clear on what they needed, possibly lacking the skills for the problem. They seemed to be looking for someone more experienced than the job description implied. I would have left a positive review if they hadn't ghosted me after the final interview and my follow-ups.

Behavioral Technical

This was one of the best interview processes I've experienced. The recruiter, Travis, was super communicative, friendly, and honest. I always knew what was going on, and he'd check in before and after interviews to make sure I had everything I needed and could ask questions privately, though I never had any. Even though it took a few weeks because of PTO and travel, I felt informed and that my time was valued. Every experience is different, but I was really impressed with how this went.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online in February and the recruiter contacted me to schedule an initial phone screen. During the call, they mentioned a different position I might be a good fit for, but didn't provide details and just scheduled me for a second interview. I only had the job description for the second interview. The recruiter then asked me to re-apply for the original job I had already applied for, which was confusing given I had been communicating with them all along. The recruiter was nice, but the second interviewer was rude. I was then ghosted and haven't heard back despite following up.
