The interview process included an initial MS Teams screening with HR, conducted without video, which felt lengthy and lacked substantial content. This was followed by an MS Teams interview with the hiring manager, where some information conflicted with what HR had stated. There was a significant delay due to the HR person's vacation, though an automated email notified candidates. Ultimately, a generic automated rejection email was received about a week and a half later. While the experience was better than some, with decent communication, it felt impersonal and automated.

It was a multi-stage process. Started with a recruiter call, then a technical screen with some electrical questions, and finally an onsite interview. They really emphasized safety and leadership and asked for examples around those two topics. They want to see your commitment.

Had a phone interview. Got a call from a Louisiana number. The interviewer was really hostile and dismissive. They ended the call as soon as I started talking. If this is how working at RES is, I don't want to work there.
