Applied via the career page and immediately got a recruiter call. First round was technical with some behaviorals and a puzzle, ending with a variation of the coin change problem. Second round was also technical mixed with managerial, featuring behaviorals and the 0-1 Knapsack problem where I had to print the weights used for the solution. The third round, with the VP, covered OOPs, frontend concepts (even though it's a backend role), Multithreading, Rest Api, DBMS joins, and some HR questions. My advice for that round is be honest, but maybe also a bit of 'fake it till you make it'. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend spending time on this company, they ghosted me after the final interview despite my month-long follow-ups for results.

Long interview process that went nowhere. First was a Codility test. Then a 30 min chat with a Senior Engineer. Next was supposed to be with the Director of Engineering, but after rescheduling a few times, I ended up talking to another engineer who was pulled in last minute. That went well and they said they'd recommend me for an onsite. Then HR wanted another phone interview because they had to fly me out. This 4th round was with the Director again. More rescheduling, and then a 20 min call about my background and interests. Got a standard rejection the next day. Totally absurd and a waste of time.

The whole thing had a phone screen, then a technical interview on CoderPad. After that, there was an onsite with five 45-minute interviews plus a lunch interview for an hour. Then, on a different day, I had an interview with the VP of engineering. The onsite was the toughest part with those five 45-minute sessions. We covered theory, Leetcode style problems, CSS basics, and just getting to know each other. It was a really good process, different from others, and everyone was supportive and nice to talk to.
