The interview process was super quick, solid, and organized. It started with a phone call where I talked about myself and my background. Then, I had a video chat with another HR person. We went deeper into my experience, and they told me more about the job. The last interview was with the digital marketing trainer, who asked some pretty straightforward technical questions about my skills and the tools I know. The whole thing was easy, and I got feedback and a job offer in just 2 days.

The interview process at RepStack had 2 stages, both done online. The first stage was like a screening interview where I answered some job-related questions, and the interviewer was helpful. The second stage involved a larger HR team. They asked about how I handle criticism, my ability to manage job timings, my workspace, and if I felt the interview went well from my side.

Make sure to prepare beforehand, have a good internet connection, and ensure a quiet environment with no background noise. Dress professionally, as executive presence is important. It wasn't too difficult; they asked a few general questions and some CRM-related questions.
