I went through four rounds of interviews, which included a technical SEO assessment. Then there were two more rounds with the Head of HR that were not technical. I thought I was going to get an offer because everything went so well. But instead, I got a generic rejection email and no real explanation why. It makes me wonder about how transparent the company is and if their hiring process is even legit.

First, I had a screening call. It was a phone call with HR where they asked me for an introduction and about my experiences. Then, I was invited for a Zoom interview the next day. This one was more about my experiences and work ethics. They also told me about the company's policies and environment. After that, I had a final Zoom interview the day after. This one was mostly about my skills. Then, the next day, they let me know via a phone call and email that I got the job.

The interview process was super quick, solid, and organized. It started with a phone call where I talked about myself and my background. Then, I had a video chat with another HR person. We went deeper into my experience, and they told me more about the job. The last interview was with the digital marketing trainer, who asked some pretty straightforward technical questions about my skills and the tools I know. The whole thing was easy, and I got feedback and a job offer in just 2 days.

So I applied for the job, then they shortlisted me. After that, I had an interview that was about 40 minutes long and I had to keep my camera on the whole time. It was mostly questions about my digital marketing experience and expertise. They also talked about salary and some company policies. Then, I had a second interview with the digital marketing managers to see if my skills fit what they need. If you pass these, you get an offer. It was a pretty straightforward and professional process.
