Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reonomy.
Account Executive
I spoke with 3-4 people for the first round, and we talked about my work history and some standard interview questions. Then I had a second interview where I did a practice sales pitch, met the sales staff, and took a tour of the office. Reonomy was kinda slow to get back to me, so I ended up taking another job offer since I was interviewing elsewhere too.
- Can you describe a sale that was particularly challenging for you and explain the reasons behind that difficulty?
Account Executive
My candidate experience was stellar, truly. The HR/Recruiting team had everything down pat and were flexible. Shoutout to Liv and Inah for leading the charge. I didn't get the offer, but the feedback was clear on why. After the standard phone screening, the onsite interviews spanned two days. Day one, you meet with managers and senior AEs to ask and answer questions. Pretty straightforward if you have 2-3 years of sales experience and good charm. Day two is an actual demo of the Reonomy platform. Be ready for common client objections about pricing, data accuracy (like "the free trial info was wrong, this happened before"), and general product questions. The interview process and office vibe were super welcoming.
- Please demo the Reonomy product.
Account Executive
Had 3 interviews over 2 weeks, which felt like a lot meeting so many people. HR was flexible since I was working another job. It seemed like a good fit, and they even had me meet the CEO. After that meeting, they went silent, which was tough because I was on a deadline with other offers coming in.
- Could you prepare and present a demo of Reonomy to two members of the sales team?
