Software Engineer
The interview process is not very clear and it's hard to follow, which is confusing and frustrating. Also, it takes a really long time to hear back, which makes things slow and not very efficient overall.
- What is your awareness of this company?
Software Engineer
It was a multiple-round interview process. The interviewers were professional and the questions were relevant for the role. They explained the process clearly, but it took a while to get the offer after the interviews.
- Could you design a data structure given certain requirements?
- How would you design a data-intensive feature?
- Can you discuss your experience with people management and how you fit into our company culture?
Software Engineer
The process started with a LinkedIn message from HR, followed by a delay in response. After I followed up, they scheduled an initial technical interview with a senior dev, which went well. Then came a cultural fit and leadership interview with the CTO. The CTO, who seemed less experienced and had poor people skills, was condescending and focused on my past role. Despite clarifying my current responsibilities aligned with the role, he didn't seem to grasp it. After these interviews, I was promised an answer in 4 business days. Seven business days passed without a response, so I followed up via email and found out I was rejected.
- Could you write a key value store and also add versioning to it, and discuss its big O and space complexity?
