The interview process was very efficient and professional. I submitted my application/cover letter/resume via their hiring portal and received a message to answer a customer service scenario via email the next day. I then received a link to an automated video interview on the same day. Two days after my video interview, I was contacted by their recruiter for a Zoom interview which was supposed to be the first of two Zoom interviews (their process). Just a heads up to future applicants, I was told that there is a leave/vacation blackout date for the first 90 days. My plans did not allow me to comply with that requirement which is probably one of the reasons why I didn't move forward in the interview process.
- What is your definition of customer experience?
- Describe how you'd assist a customer whose dress delivery is late for an out-of-town wedding.

So I had to do this online thing first with a few questions. One was about how I'd answer an email and another was choosing between some policies. I felt good about that part. Then, I had to do this video interview thing where I could record it anytime. I was kinda worried about it cause I'm better talking to people face-to-face, you know? And yeah, it was tough. Only three questions, and even though I thought I knew them, I totally messed up. They let me re-record a few times, which I did, but it was hard to focus on the job and the questions when I was staring at myself and worrying about how I'd look in these short answers. Two questions had a 45-second limit and the last one had a minute. I really hope I don't have to do this kind of interview ever again. I'd much rather talk to a real person. Not sure if this will hurt my chances. I'll update if I get an offer.

The whole thing took 1.5 months, which felt way too long since not everyone even got an offer. It was super frustrating to get to the final step and then be told I wasn't moving forward. After applying, I got an email asking me to respond to a customer email and pick a core value to discuss. Then, I got a snail mail asking for video submissions where they asked about 5 questions and I had to record myself answering each one. After that, I spoke with a recruiter about the job logistics. The last step was a zoom interview with a team lead.
- Tell me about a time you fixed a problem caused by a coworker.
- How would you manage when you have many tasks to do?
- Can you share an instance where you disagreed with your manager?
