Applied online for the Sales Executive role in San Antonio, Tx. Had a phone screen with the recruiter. Was told I'd be moving to the next phase with hiring managers. Waited a week and a half, never heard back. Emailed for an update, but instead got a generic auto-rejection. This happened to my husband too. This shows the company isn't reliable and doesn't follow through on promises. This review is being sent to other employer platforms and their corporate leadership.

My interview process was very straight forward and enjoyable. The whole thing took less than two weeks from my first contact to being hired. 1. Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn 2. Phone screen scheduled 3. Zoom Interview with Direct Manager (hiring manager) 4. Final Zoom Interview with Director After the final interview (on a Friday) it took the recruiter 1 business day to get back to me (Tuesday) and offer me the position. After being offered I was sent a background check form and had to sign my offer letter. They were receptive to negotiations on pay. I set my own start date as 2 weeks from that time but they were willing to go out as far as 4 weeks.

I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn email with the job description for a Senior Sales Excellence Manager role. A phone screen interview was scheduled, and the recruiter seemed nice and professional, focusing questions on my experience. I was then informed I would be interviewing with the hiring director. This interview was over video. About 20 minutes in, the director revealed they had already filled the Senior Sales Excellence Manager position and offered an Analyst role instead. I was shocked and ended the interview, feeling disappointed by the apparent lack of communication regarding the role's availability.

Applied online then got contacted by HR for a quick 15min chat about general interests. Next week, I had an interview scheduled with a PM. This was followed by a take-home technical challenge involving SQL and Python. Then, I had another interview with a teammate and a PM. The HR mentioned they were arranging my next interview and shared details about some higher management people. Suddenly, they said the position was on hold due to their acquisition by Redfin and asked me to stay tuned?? Then they never got back to me! OMG, it was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my time with 4 rounds including a technical take-home! They showed no respect to candidates!
