The process has 3 stages, minimum 2.5 hours long: Personal Presentation, Group Dynamics, Final Interview. Conducted by 3 recruiters, it felt serious, oppressive, and even mocking. The Personal Presentation stage is just the basics. In the group dynamics, candidates form groups to create a non-existent product. Although 3 recruiters were present, none supervised the dynamics, leading to unethical phone usage by some candidates, even though recruiters also used their phones throughout the process without clear purpose. Only 5% of candidates pass. The desired profile is young, fit, without higher education, not shy, and not overly talkative. If LGBTQ+ candidates are present for diversity, they must also fit at least two of the previous criteria. The final interview is simultaneous with all recruiters, resulting in disjointed questions and a lack of order. Overall, the interview is exhausting and confusing due to the pressure and lack of structure.

Behavioral Presentation

The process is easy. Renner divides its selection into 3 phases. In the first phase (in a group), the manager presents the job opening, detailing benefits and responsibilities. Each person is asked to stand up and give a brief 30-second personal introduction (name, age, experience if any, and why you deserve to work at the company). This is the first phase, judged on your personal presentation. The manager immediately announces who is selected and who isn't, giving brief feedback on why someone wasn't selected and encouraging them to try again. The second phase (individual) is with the store supervisor and cashier lead. They ask about you to get to know who they are recruiting for their team and question you about the company to see if you've researched it. They also present hypothetical scenarios. For example, they asked me: 'You have a goal to sell credit cards by the end of your shift, but there's less than an hour left and you haven't sold any. What will you do?'. In this second phase, they inquire a lot about your personal life to gauge your family dynamics. If you mention being from divorced parents, living with a partner, being an only child, or being a single mother, you'll likely be a low priority. Understand, there's no point in 'BEING TRUTHFUL IN AN INTERVIEW', because if you always tell the truth about your life, you won't get hired anywhere. Project an image of a 'margarine life' (idealized), living with parents, having siblings. But be careful not to let the recruiter notice you're lying. Only answer what's asked. Give simple answers without rambling. Try not to show nervousness; the recruiter won't pity you. If you seem insecure talking to a recruiter, imagine approaching a customer. So, try to stay calm, don't stutter, appear serious, avoid smiling too much or acting like the recruiter's 'buddy'. The third phase is documentation. Be sure to have your school records and other documents ready for the next day, as they don't have much patience. From then on, you'll start training, and after a few days, you begin working. Always show yourself to be proactive and confident. Good luck.
