Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Renewal by Andersen.
Sales Associate
I applied via their website and then had a phone screen, followed by a Zoom interview. If that went well, the next step was an in-person interview with management. It seems like they hire for this role a lot, maybe a lot of people leave.
- What salary are you looking for?
Sales Associate
Had a phone chat and some online questions, then went in person to talk to the regional president. They seemed kind of checked out and didn't really seem into what I was saying, like they weren't really listening.
- Tell me about the toughest sales obstacle you've faced and how you overcame it.
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and took place over the course of a week. It started with a phone interview, followed by a virtual video interview, and concluded with an in-person interview. I actually got an offer right after the final interview, but it was unfortunately rescinded during onboarding. The interviews themselves were conducted well, though.
- Can you describe how you deal with frequent rejection and being told 'no'?
