There were long waits for communication, and they didn't share much about the job. They stressed their values but didn't show commitment through their communication. It was good to see their focus on diversity recruiting, which seemed sincere.

It started with an email and then three video calls with three different people, one of them being the manager. It felt pretty normal, but man, it took forever to hear back about what was next. After the third call, it was over a week before I got any update. It's a shame because in this crazy job market, they leave you hanging. Also, the job ad doesn't mention salary, and you only find out when you talk to the manager. The whole thing took more than two weeks, and it's an entry-level role with a max of $23/hour.

It was a super fast and pleasant interview process. There were 3 interviews. First was a phone screen where we discussed what the job entails to make sure we were on the same page. Then I had an in-person interview with the talent acquisition lead and manager where they asked more about my experience and behavioral questions. The last interview was a brief chat with the head of people operations. All the interviews were pretty relaxed and enjoyable.
