First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Renewal by Andersen.
Marketing Manager
I had a quick video call with HR. They asked me to send my availability for an in-person interview. After I sent my availability, they ghosted me. A different recruiter called me about the same role, and then they ghosted me again.
- Are you able to work on weekends and holidays?
Marketing Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt good. I kicked things off with a phone call with the recruiter, who really knew their stuff and what the hiring manager was after. Right after that, I had a virtual chat with the hiring manager. Then came a leadership panel, and to wrap it up, I met with the VP. I really enjoyed all the chats, it seemed like everyone there genuinely likes their jobs and was excited about bringing in new ideas and perspectives. It all wrapped up in about a month, which felt about right for four stages.
- What's something about yourself that isn't listed on your resume?
- Tell me about a time you faced a specific situation.
- Can you share some examples of your behavioral skills?
Marketing Manager
I had a phone interview, which I thought went very well, but I got an email back a few days later saying they went with other applicants. The phone interview was a very simple call asking about my background and if my experience matched with what they were looking for.
- How does your background relate to this role?
