Presentation Group Case Behavioral

I submitted my CV and was contacted a week later for an assessment centre in Rome. It included an individual presentation, an English multiple-choice test, and two simple case studies unrelated to the job that we had to solve in 30 minutes with a group of 8 people. Afterwards, I had a brief interview with a young HR person, lasting about 10 minutes, where I elaborated on my personal presentation. They were supposed to contact me afterwards to schedule a Skype interview with the area manager, but they never did. I suspect they weren't interested enough to learn more about my qualifications. It felt like a waste of money since I spent over 100 euros to get there, and they didn't even offer basic hospitality like water or working pens. They suggested eating in the Honda canteen, which was odd. They disappeared without a word, not even arranging the promised Skype call.

Technical Behavioral

The standard interview process involved an online application followed by a telephone interview. After applying online in December, I had to complete an online numerical test. The test wasn't too difficult, just required fast work. Then, there was a 30-45 minute telephone interview focused on motivation. The next interview was on Skype, mainly competency-based, with two interviewers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It's pretty standard for an industrial placement, you start with submitting your CV and Cover Letter, then there's some psychometric testing. After that, a telephone interview where they'll ask about your CV, past experience and a few competencies. If you get through that, the next stage is an assessment day which includes a presentation on a given topic.
