Contrôleur De Gestion
Contacted via Linkedin by the controller of management, I sent him my cover letter and my CV. I was contacted by HR for an HR and operational interview at the same time. The interview went well and they made me understand that they agreed to hire me. Since then I haven't heard back despite following up.
- What are your motivations?
Financial Controller
I applied online for an assistant financial controller job in the UK. About two weeks later, I got an email inviting me for a Skype interview happening 3 days from then. The HR person was quite friendly and put me at ease, which helped with my nerves. The interview involved 3 aptitude tests: one for logic, one for reasoning, and one using Excel. Two days after that, I had a second interview with both an HR representative and the fleet controller. They were also really nice and made me feel comfortable. I got an offer the very next day.
- Tell me about your motivations for this role and your usual interview questions.
- What does a team mean to you?
- Can you share any experiences where you've had responsibilities?
Contrôle de gestion
Good recruitment process and quite fast for the internship position. The workspace is nice and the Directors are attentive. Be careful to double-check your civil status information on the contract and afterwards in all communications, because if the name is wrong you will have several months of difficulties with the work tools.
- Tell us about yourself.
- What are your English skills?
