Behavioral Presentation

It was a very straightforward process. I spoke with a recruiter, then the sales manager, and then we did a role-play of a business sales call. I really appreciated how the team was transparent about the next steps and the overall process right from the beginning. This opportunity with former teachers that I was so excited to get!

I had an initial call with the recruiter and then moved on to an interview with the team lead. The interview went well, and she let me know the next steps would be scheduling a panel interview within the next week. However, I never heard back. I reached out to both the recruiter and team lead to see if anything else was needed, but received no response. This lack of communication is poor and unfortunately becoming more common. A simple email letting me know you've moved on and thanking me for my time would be appreciated.

I first applied to a role at Renaissance and the recruiter told me to apply to this one instead. I had to do an assignment where I reviewed some data and answered a question, then I filled out a questionnaire. After we talked about salary, the recruiter ghosted me. I tried emailing and messaging them on LinkedIn but never heard back, which was really unprofessional. The recruiter also doesn't do phone calls, the first two steps were all by email and they responded slowly.
