The interview process was good. I went through all 3 interviews and enjoyed the longer interview meetings that let you get more person-to-person time with the employees. The first interview was a basic phone interview that asked basic questions about yourself. The second interview is when you meet with the HR manager, a director, and an advisor. If you pass this you are asked to do a project 200, where you gather 200 potential networks, and bring it to the final interview. The final interview is with the President of the company, and they fly you out to the Omaha office to meet with him. After that they decide if they are going to extend an offer or not.

For the first interview, they gave me a packet with company info and it was a basic interview. After that, I was asked back for a second interview. The second interview involved talking to the recruiter again, plus two senior financial advisors at the firm.
