It was a very easy 3-part interview process. There was a PowerPoint presentation, but it was not difficult. The people were very nice, and it felt like a family environment. It never felt like they were grilling you with questions.

After an employee submitted my resume, I was contacted a couple of days later to schedule an interview. When I arrived at the office, they were really nice and offered me coffee and water. The interview was pretty conversational, with some specific questions mixed in. I was contacted again really quickly to set up a second interview with the Financial Adviser I would have worked with. It went well and was pretty relaxed, but they ultimately chose someone else and informed me promptly. They were very professional.

For the first interview, they gave me a packet with company info and it was a basic interview. After that, I was asked back for a second interview. The second interview involved talking to the recruiter again, plus two senior financial advisors at the firm.
