Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RemX Specialty Staffing.
Technical Recruiter
Had a quick phone chat with the hiring manager before they set up an in-person interview. Met the hiring manager for the new division and really liked them; seemed like a good, reasonable person. Then met their boss, and it felt different, like good cop bad cop. The interview ran over the scheduled hour, and I had to leave for another meeting, which they didn't seem to appreciate. They asked me to come back to meet another team member. I met with that person a couple weeks later and enjoyed it again, felt like we'd work well together. That interviewer mentioned the higher boss would call me later that week about next steps, but I never heard back. Reading Glassdoor reviews, I have to agree the overall vibe of the place isn't great, despite liking a couple of people I met.

Had a phone interview and then a face to face. After that, I met the entire Denver team. They gave me a very detailed description of the position and the company profile before they offered me the job.
