First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RemX Specialty Staffing.
Customer Service Representative
The process was pretty straightforward. First, I filled out an online application for the advertised job and sent in my resume. If my qualifications matched the job requirements, I received a call to discuss the role further and then decided if I wanted to accept the position. That was my experience. There's a fair amount of reading and paperwork involved.
- Can you tell me about your customer service experience?
Customer Service Representative
I had an interview with a staffing agency called REMX. The agency representative told me they had other positions if I didn't get this one. The interview with the client company was very professional, and the REMX rep helped me prepare. However, after the interview and testing, when I reached out to the staffing coordinator about other job options since I didn't get the position, I never heard back from them. I didn't even get my test scores.
- How have you dealt with challenging customers in previous jobs?
- Which type of colleague do you find most difficult to work with?
Customer Service Representative
It was a really simple process. There were three steps in total, all done from home except for the final part where I had to go in person for the recruitment. First, they gave me a call to check out my voice. Then, they asked me to go to their website, fill out the application, and upload my resume.
- Do you like working in customer service?
- How much experience do you have in customer service?
- Tell me about your typing skills.
