The interview went fine, but on my first day of work, I wasn't able to complete my I-9 form, which meant I couldn't get paid. I felt this was wrong, like I was working for free. Nobody mentioned the paperwork, and the HR person wasn't available, and my manager was out too, so I didn't know who to approach. My supervisor for the day was deaf, which felt like a lot of red flags. Because of all this, I left for the day and decided not to return.

The interview process for the Front Desk Agent position with Remington Hospitality was really smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Instead of a high-pressure interrogation about past experiences, the conversation flowed naturally and comfortably. It felt more like a dialogue than a formal interview, which made it easy to connect, share openly, and really understand the company’s culture and expectations. Overall, it was a refreshing and positive experience that left me even more excited about the opportunity.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Stacy and Alanridge did a great job explaining everything about the position. Unlike other interviews I've had, the expectations were realistic and accurately reflected the actual job. They were transparent about the daily operations and challenges, which was great. They also made the potential for growth really clear. The whole staff was very welcoming, which I appreciated.

the interview was casual i was offered higher pay and garunteed full time hours with benifits. i took the offer and gave my other employer notice that i would be working full time elsewhere. i stayed on with my then current employer for part time but the then current employer continued to schedule me for full time hour for the next 2 weeks. at the i immediatly was working full time with reington full time. unfortunatly i was not able to sustain the 16 hour work days and 1st enjured my foot went to the hospital . i then got fired from my original employer for dosing off at work the 1 week later fired from remington hotel cause i doxed off on my lunch break the same night i went to the hospital. neither employer tookk into account that i was working these crazy hours for 2 weeks straight and thats why i was exhusted. do not waste your time with this company or vista mirage resort in palm springs
