My interview involved a phone screen, then an in-person meeting, and finally a technical assessment which sometimes included a project. The people and the office were really nice.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was one of the worst I've seen in over 20 years. Initially, the recruiter call went well, but then there was a two-week silence from both the recruiter and Relias regarding feedback. Following that, they wanted to schedule an in-person interview a month after the initial call, with no prior feedback. The in-person interview itself was positive, but I never heard back afterwards. The recruiter mentioned that their meetings with Relias kept getting postponed. After a month of no communication, I checked with the recruiter for an update, and they had none. Relias should be more professional and provide feedback, whether positive or negative.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Applied in early April, got an email about a week later about an online assessment. Did that, then had a phone screen with a recruiter a few days later. Then another assessment while the recruiter watched. After that, I got a code challenge: 'Create a website that connects to an API and allows a user to search the database.' I spent a lot of time on that. Then, 2 more phone screens, and finally an in-person interview. The interview was 2 hours: 45 min technical, 45 min behavioral, and 30 min with 2 lead devs. The technical part involved explaining my code challenge and doing some brain teasers. The behavioral interview was a joke - 3 people who doodled and yawned, and their last question was 'what is your spirit animal?'. Got a call 3-4 days later saying they passed, but wouldn't say why. Tried emailing them a few times, but they ignored me. Huge waste of time.
