Client Success Manager
It was the most rigorous and lengthy interview process ever! First, a phone screen and some online testing. A week later, a phone interview with the same HR person who did the screen. During this call, I had to repeat the testing while the HR person "observed" via Skype. Two weeks after that, an in-person interview with a hiring manager. Then, I was referred to the hiring manager of a different team based on my experience. A week later, I had an in-person interview with that hiring manager and one of his peers. I was told there would be another interview with two to three team members, and then an interview with the manager's manager. The whole thing took over two months, and I didn't even make it to the team member interview stage. I don't think the second in-person interview went well; I admit I struggled to maintain my enthusiasm and "pitch" after a month of similar questions.

The interview process was quite lengthy and thorough. It included a timed cognitive ability test which was a bit stressful, but I managed it well. Following that, there were three phone interviews, each lasting between 45 to 60 minutes. The process concluded with a 2-hour in-person session involving one-on-one interviews and a presentation given by me to the interviewers. It seems they are serious about filtering out candidates who can't handle the demands of the job, though I think they might overlook some great people this way. I'm still interested in other roles there because I really like the company culture and the level of intelligence they look for in their employees.

Client Success Manager
The process had many steps. You first complete a personality and aptitude test (combo SAT/IQ test), then you get a phone interview, then go in and speak in person/retake the aptitude test, then, in my case, 2 more in-person interviews with different folks. The interviews are very heavy on the behavioral questions. However, everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and I get the sense it would have been a good place to work. My only criticism is after my 2 additional interviews, I was led to the door without being told anything about the next steps or timeline for any such steps.
