I applied through LinkedIn and was first contacted by HR for a short phone call. After that, I had a video call with the manager. They mentioned there would be 4 rounds in total and the whole process could take over a month, which I felt was excessive but that's how things are these days. Unfortunately, I never heard back after the second interview. I tried reaching out to HR but was ghosted. It's really the bare minimum to send a quick email back, even if you've decided to go with someone else. Please improve this; it's ridiculous and takes no time at all to send an email. 0/10 would not recommend applying to Relias.

I applied online and the very next day a recruiter called me for an interview. After that, they had me complete an online personality test, and they told me to be honest because they ask the same questions multiple times. I was honest because if my answers aren't a good fit, then I don't want to move forward anyway. They also asked me to write something based on their prompt. Within a day or two after speaking with the recruiter, I was moved to the next interview, and everything seemed to be going well. I received positive feedback, and they seemed enthusiastic about me and told me about the next steps. But after that, I heard nothing. I was totally ghosted by my recruiter even after I reached out multiple times. That's a huge red flag, especially since I gave them my work and they liked it, but I couldn't even get an email back?

Had a phone screen for about 20 minutes with some basic questions, then an onsite with two people. We talked about the pay range which I felt was pretty low, and the benefits which seemed really good. They also mentioned other roles that also paid on the low end. The staff seemed really friendly and happy, but my guess is they're mostly fresh out of college (average age around 22), probably to keep salaries low.
