First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ReliaQuest.
Operations Specialist
I went through 4 rounds of interviews for the Operation Specialist role. The first two were with the recruiter, each lasting 30 minutes. They were quite friendly and laid back, although I felt a bit rushed. Then I had a 1-hour interview with the team. They were very dry and not welcoming, which made the interview intimidating and stressful. It really didn't feel like a conversation at all, and there was no ice breaker. The company could definitely use some training for their managers on how to interview better. The questions asked weren't very clear.
- Can you tell me about your current responsibilities?
- What is your experience with SOPs?
Operations Specialist
The interview process has more interviews than usual, but it went pretty fast. I liked the number of interviews because it showed me they are serious about finding the right match, and it also gave me a chance to see if ReliaQuest was a good fit for me. They called the process "two-way" because they know they're showing off why ReliaQuest is a great place to work, just as much as I was selling myself. They were great about getting back to me the next day, or even the same day, with feedback and next steps.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Can you share an experience of working with a challenging individual?
Operations Specialist
It was a long interview process with 7 stages. I was asked the same questions multiple times throughout the interviews. There was also a lot of waiting time between each stage. The questions themselves weren't too hard, but I felt like there were too many stages and too many people involved.
- What's your strategy for prioritizing tasks?
