I had a phone call with a recruiter first. Then, I had an in-person interview at ReliaQuest. The interview was with the original recruiter and another recruiter. They told me I'd hear back by the next day (Wednesday) about the next interview, which was supposed to be a phone interview with the Team Leaders. But I didn't get a call back until the following Monday. They told me they weren't moving forward with my application. The whole process took less than two weeks for them to make a final decision.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was supposed to be 5 steps and started well with great feedback throughout. Then, I was asked to prepare a presentation. The night before the presentation interview, the recruiter canceled it without giving a reason. I tried multiple times to reschedule, and the next day, they said they canceled because they had to reduce the hiring budget from 6 candidates to 2. They also mentioned that there were more qualified candidates. I found out this wasn't true and that the cancellation was due to personal reasons. It seems that if you know people at this company, especially if you went to Florida State, it's a plus. However, if you have any negative information about them, they might cancel your interview last minute, wasting your time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The company is building out a team in Vegas but didn't have a start date. Initially, I was told the role was filled, but they were interviewing for a June start. Later, I found out no one was in the role in Vegas. The start date kept shifting from July to August. Communication was slow, often a day late on expected updates. The interview process involved: a recruiter phone screen, a recruiter video interview, a video interview with two delivery managers, PI Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments, and a final round with senior delivery managers and someone from another team. The final round required a 5-7 minute presentation about the company and their GreyMatter platform. I had to withdraw before the final interview and let the recruiter know, even offering to send a referral. I never got a response, which I found rude and indicative of the company not valuing applicants. I would not recommend this company.
