The process started with a screening, followed by a behavioral interview. After that, my details were submitted to the hiring manager, but I wasn't selected to proceed to a technical interview, which felt odd. I got the impression the recruiter wasn't really listening and was just going through the motions. They expect people in the office five days a week, so they seem pretty inflexible and perhaps don't trust their employees.

I interviewed for a Data Scientist position and made it to the final round, which was the fourth round, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job. The feedback I received for not getting the job was actually from the second round. It's confusing why I didn't get this feedback after the second round instead of wasting time going through further rounds. This happened after reference checks and discussions about potential start dates, which was quite strange. Honestly, it felt like a bit of a waste of time.
