First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ReliaQuest.
Customer Success Manager
It was a four-stage process: a phone screening, a video interview, an on-site, and a presentation. The on-site interview felt kinda messy, and the two people I spoke with mentioned it was put on their schedule last minute. I felt like they were judging me more than interviewing me.
- Why are you interested in ReliaQuest?
Customer Success Manager
The interview didn't feel very serious, like they just needed to fill time rather than genuinely hire an HR rep. They missed our first call and didn't contact me again for two weeks, by which point they said they weren't moving forward without giving any specific reasons.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Customer Success Manager
It started with a screening interview with the recruiter. Then, I had another chat with the same recruiter where we discussed my experience more. After that, I met with two customer success managers who delved deeper into my experience and checked if I was a good culture fit. The final step was interviewing with several CS managers. This last interview involved a presentation about GreyMatter, followed by a detailed discussion about the role and cultural alignment. All these chats were on Microsoft Teams.
