Graduate Engineer Trainee
First, I had to register on the candidate portal, which was specific to Reliance Retail. Then there was a virtual pre-placement talk. After that, an online aptitude test, followed by a personal interview. There was also a behavioral assessment test. Next, I had to fill in my personal information on the candidate portal again and upload my educational and other legal documents. This was followed by medical tests, a virtual orientation, and finally, physical reporting.
