The process was pretty normal. I had to fill out some paperwork. I talked about my past work and the skills I can offer the company. We also discussed the starting salary and benefits. I had to show my ID. Then, I met with the supervisor and other staff members. We talked about how this job would help me support my family.

Team Leader
So, first a store manager interviews you. After that, you take an online test, and you need to get at least 80% to pass. Some other things they might ask you about are how your past teams and employees would describe you, how you handle conflicts between team members, the difference between leadership and management, and what you dislike most about both. They'll also ask you to talk about a time when things went wrong and you took charge.
