Project Manager
It's pretty good and easy, they were checking our energy, analytical skills and they want to know how frequently and how easily we answer their questions in a short duration of time.
- What are the things you prioritize in your life?
Project Manager
The interview process was good, excellent and easy. You can crack it if you have confidence. Try to be honest and humble. All technical questions and in-depth answering is required. Start from overview and then go deep with practical examples.
- Can you tell me about your technical skills?
Project Manager
The interview process was good. The culture is nice, the environment is positive, and the manager is supportive. It started with an HR round, then a technical question from the VP. The third round was with the CTO, followed by a final commercial discussion. Negotiation was discussed again with HR, and then I received an offer.
- Can you explain your project management process and leadership qualities?
- How do you identify and mitigate project risks, and what solutions do you propose?
- What is your approach to team handling?
