First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Relevate Health.
Account Executive
I talked to three different people, each for about half an hour. It was super efficient and straightforward. They asked about my background, but what I really liked is that they wanted to get a sense of me as a person to see how I'd fit into the Relevate family. Everyone I chatted with was really nice, positive, and open about what the job involved and any challenges a new hire might run into.
- What makes you want to work for Relevate?
- Do you feel passionate about the healthcare industry and making a contribution to it?
Account Executive
I had two interviews on the same day, each lasting a bit over an hour. The first interview was more of a company overview, and the second felt like the actual interview. They focused a lot on my background since it would have been a career change for me. So, it felt personalized, not just generic questions. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a good experience.
- How would your past work experiences contribute to your success in this role?
Account Executive
The interviewer wasn't very engaged and gave very little info. No follow up. I was told I'd hear about next steps in up to 3 months, which seems way too long for a job that's posted.
- Can you tell me what unique value you could bring to Relevate that they might be missing right now?
