First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Relevate Health.
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty painless. I initially met with someone from HR, and then after just a few days, I was contacted to meet with my direct manager. The VP was on vacation and they initially wanted me to touch base with her as well, but they moved me over to the hiring process instead.

Editorial Director
The recruiter asked pretty standard questions. I had to really push to get an interview for a role I was overqualified for, and probably wouldn't have gotten an interview if I hadn't cold emailed the recruiter. They sent me to interview with someone who didn't seem to care much about my experience. The whole thing felt really unenthusiastic, like they were just going through the motions and weren't actually interested in me. Then I got ghosted for three weeks. I followed up asking for an update and got a rejection a few days later after more silence. The whole process felt pretty uncommunicative.
- What's your current team size?
- How large is your present company?
Account Coordinator
This is an entry-level role at the company, with a starting salary of around $52,000 annually. Initially, you'll do a video interview with the Senior Director of HR. Following that, there's a panel interview where you'll meet the VP (who seems very business-focused) and the Account Supervisor (who has a really nice, approachable vibe). After that, you'll have a more informal, get-to-know-you style interview with the Director of Marketing. Finally, you'll meet the Account Director, who comes across as a bit dull. So, if you're up for a long interview process for an entry-level job, it might be worth applying.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What makes you want to work for us?
- What about this company and this specific role appeals to you?
Sales
It was a really long interview process with a lot of back and forth. I applied through the company website. Over three months, I met with the CEO in person, had breakfast with the President, lunch with a senior team member, drinks with both the CEO and President, and dinner with the CEO. In the end, they decided they weren't ready to hire anyone, and the position I applied for was never actually created.

- What do you consider your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- What motivates your interest in this particular sales opportunity?
