The first round was a normal computer-based call to assess English skills, followed by a second round with a double manager, and then a final round with Management HR. The HR madam was very professional, as were the others. The main task is to satisfy the management HR, which is a big thing. Good environment, good respect for candidates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied and got an email from HR asking some questions about how I do research and share information. Then, I had an in-person interview at their open office with a young team. I was given a 30-minute written test on understanding what makes a good research summary. After that, someone from the research team discussed my research methods. Finally, a senior person, likely the head of research, asked me questions about my personality and fit for the role.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I initially applied for the Research Associate role online, possibly through LinkedIn or Indeed. Within a few days, they emailed me some questions about research and presentation skills. A few days later, I was invited for an in-person interview. Upon arrival for my 1:00 PM interview, an HR representative met me at 12:55 PM and got me settled. The first part involved a 30-minute assessment with three straightforward questions. This was followed by two interviews with members of the research team, where they asked standard questions, as well as about my research background and methods. I was contacted two days later for a second round with more senior members of Relationship Science, which felt more like a fit assessment than a typical interview. I received an offer the next day via email.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Do your homework on the company and the position.
  • Avoid generic, rehearsed answers because the interviewers are very intelligent and knowledgeable.
