It's a three-part process. First, you'll meet with HR for an initial screening based on your communication style and prior industry experience. Next, you'll have a meeting with your direct manager, likely lasting an hour, to discuss your background and technical abilities. Finally, you'll meet with the department head who will provide an overview of the building.

I had a phone interview with HR where they asked standard preliminary questions about my years of experience, job duties, and relevant experience. Then, I met with the Property Manager and District Manager for the 1st round of interviews, which also consisted of standard interview questions. The 2nd and final interview was with the Director of Operations and Property Manager. The whole process took about 3 months, and overall it was a very positive process.

I applied and took online exams then waited for an interview. Interviewed by district manager then the regional manager separately on two separate days. Also had phone interview with someone from compliance at corporate. The interview was not handled professionally. Managers seem to be all over the place multi tasking while in session. I didn't feel that anyone was listening to my responses. I was asked the same questions over and over and was not allowed to respond without interruption.
