After my resume was submitted, I heard back within a day or two for an interview. The interview was scheduled for the following week. I had a brief interview with the hiring manager, though it felt a bit rushed. I had to wait about 15 minutes for him in a nice lobby. He was a pleasant person and easy to chat with, but I wouldn't recommend interviewing after 5 PM.
