It was a great and fun process, not dull like other interviews. The assessment was split into a few activities, with each testing different skills. Don't be afraid to give your answers and try to engage more into the activities.

Took my CV in to store a couple of days later they rung asking me to come in for an interview on the following monday, it was a group interview with far too many people had to be split into two groups did two exersises one was to make a mood board for the latest trends out of magazines we were given and the second was we got given a situation and had to pick an outfit for the situation mine was a male going for an interview. This was a fun interview process and felt quite chilled out however they did say they would contact all candidates on the wednesday if they got the interview or not and they never rung, I rang them on the Friday asking for information and the manager said she hadn't got her notes in front of her and she would ring me back on the saturday she never called

There were two 1-1 interviews that went pretty smoothly because I was ready for most of the questions. After these interviews, me and the others applying for the position had to go around the shop floor and create 3 different outfits for separate occasions. For example, we had to create an outfit for a gentleman who was going to meet their in-laws. The last part of the process we had to work as a team to choose an item we thought was a low selling item, and also an item we thought would sell well. I got a call back the next day, inviting me to have a trial shift that weekend.
