First, I got an email with a questionnaire. After they looked at it, I had a 1:1 screening over Teams. They reviewed that and then it took them about 3 weeks to get back to me. The email asked for my availability for the next week and the week after that. I replied pretty quickly with 5 days. Then I got ghosted and never heard back. I figured it was just how things go sometimes.
