First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reinsurance Group of America.
Business Analyst Intern
First, there was an HR call where they asked basic stuff like my availability, what I know about the company, and to rate my skills. Then, I had an Excel Assessment. Lastly, I had an online interview with someone from the department, likely my supervisor, who asked general questions about my strengths, weaknesses, knowledge of the company, and my achievements.
- What are your key strengths and weaknesses?
- What's your understanding of our company?
- How do you manage stress?
Business Analyst
I had to do an online test of 30 minutes. It had lots of admin questions like finding errors, correcting text, doing calculations etc. Then, I had an interview with 2 directors. After that, I had another interview with 2 other high-level people. It's quite a long process, but it was very pleasant. Just classic interview questions: tell me about yourself, strengths, what would you do if... etc.
- If you have a file to complete for tomorrow morning and only 30 minutes left in your workday, what would you do?
Business Analyst
after i apply online, the process took about 1 week and it is an online virtual interview. at first, we had a small talk about myself and my previous education/life experience. then they did ask about practical software knowledge such as vba, python.
- Did you complete an Excel assessment before the interview?
