It was a great experience. The first round was a phone screening where I did a skill assessment. The second round was with the director and a leader. Both HR and the supervisor were really friendly and explained the job duties clearly. They gave feedback on time, within two weeks.

Since I had an internal referral, I skipped the initial phone screen. The interview process involved meeting with two individuals who were in charge of recruitment for about an hour. It was an in-person meeting. The format was pretty standard, with most of the questions being typical interview questions. Make sure you research Reingold beforehand, as they'll inquire about what aspects of the company you find appealing!
