I had an on-campus interview with a manager that was about 20 minutes long. They asked me typical questions about my previous experience. Nothing unusual. They also asked for my major GPA and my overall GPA.

Submitted resume first. About a week later, got a call from HR to schedule a phone interview with their head of campus recruitment. The phone interview went well, covering typical questions like strengths/weaknesses and problem-solving, aiming to assess fit and qualifications. Then, an in-person interview with three people simultaneously: Regional Managing Principal, Head of the Division, and a Managing Principal. It was intense, but sometimes other interns only interview with a Manager or Senior Manager.

Recruiters met me on campus and I submitted my application. The first round interviews were on campus. A senior and staff member greeted me while I waited and we chatted about basic small-talk, like hobbies and interests. The actual interview was with a manager who asked typical behavioral questions. The second round interview was in the office and consisted of a series of 4-6 mini-interviews with various managers and a principal, followed by lunch with two seniors.
