This company has a two-round interview process. The HR team took about a month to schedule the first round. The first round covered basic information, general company details, and why I was interested in the firm.

The first interview was on campus. Then I got called back for a second interview at the office. The office interview had a bunch of short interviews with partners and senior management. It was mostly basic behavior questions and questions about my resume and general history. I interviewed with six people in total, which was a good test of how I can adapt to different personalities. The whole vibe was pretty relaxed but it moved fast, going from one interviewer to the next quickly.

I got an email to schedule a phone interview, which was pretty basic and done by an HR assistant. I didn't think it went great, but I still got moved to the on-site interviews. The on-site interviews were pretty relaxed, more like chatting with each person, including a partner.
