Behavioral

It felt like a quick, impersonal process, like they were just going through the motions. I got the impression they'd already picked someone. Then they went silent for a month. Bad experience, wouldn't suggest it.

Presentation Behavioral

It was a lengthy and thorough process, with plenty of chances to showcase our abilities and get real-time feedback during our presentations. While it felt intimidating because it was a new role for me, the interviewers were very supportive and encouraging throughout, providing the necessary tools and information to succeed.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I had a 45-minute technical interview. The first part was about Android concepts, and the second part was a live coding challenge similar to what you'd find on HackerRank. If you have a few years of Android experience and practice coding problems, you'll likely do well. I found it strange they kept asking about the third-party libraries we use, as it felt like they were fishing for proprietary information from a competitor.

Behavioral Technical

Applied on LinkedIn and got an email 2 days later to schedule a phone interview with HR. It was quick, just went through my resume and answered a couple situational questions. Then, I was emailed to set up an in-person "Round Robin" interview about two weeks later. This interview had three parts. First, an HR manager reviewed my resume again and asked more situational/personality questions. Second, two marketing managers asked more situational questions about my work experience to see if I was a good fit. Third, I interviewed with my potential manager about my skills and how they relate to the position. The whole "round robin" took about 1.5 hours. Afterward, HR called to let me know I didn't get the job.
