First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Regeneron.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Started with a 30-minute pre-screen call with HR/Recruiter to review my background and career goals. This was followed by a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. While the interviews themselves seemed standard and went well, I was disappointed by the inaccurate salary range listed on their website, which was much lower than advertised. I was told this range is fixed and beyond their control, which felt unreasonable. It was also apparent the hiring manager hadn't reviewed my resume, as their questions were scattered and they made odd remarks about not understanding certain processes, creating an awkward atmosphere. Ultimately, I didn't get the job due to lacking one specific required experience.

Supplier Quality Engineer
Had a good initial chat with Talent Acquisition. They told me all about the job and what the process would be like. Gave me the lowdown on the function, who it reports to, and the team. They were able to get a handle on my experience and see how it fit with the job I was going for.
- What made you decide to apply for this role at Regeneron?
Quality Engineer
I was referred internally before applying, and HR contacted me out of the blue a few days after I sent my CV to my contact. I had a 30-minute call with HR, which caught me off guard as I was out and about. It went well, and I scheduled an interview with the hiring manager for the next day. A week and a half later, I had nine 30-minute interviews over three days. I also gave a 45-minute presentation to the people I interviewed with. Three days after my last interviews and presentation, I reached out to HR because I needed to respond to another offer (I had let them know about this offer earlier). No response. Four weeks after my final interviews, HR called me. I missed the call, but she left a message asking me to call back. I called back 30 minutes later, but it went to voicemail. Three days after that, I called again and left another message. It's now been two weeks since her message, and I still haven't heard back. Being ghosted after so many interviews and a presentation is unprofessional and disappointing.
