This interview process involved 4 interviews in total and it was quite time-consuming, requiring thorough preparation. Even though my role doesn't directly involve pharmaceuticals, it's in facilities management. The people here are really smart and have a lot of experience.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a multi-level process, starting with a phone screen. If that went well, the next step was a half-day onsite interview. This involved a panel or a group of people, including peers and senior managers. You should be prepared for whiteboard exercises or case work.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process for this role was really drawn out. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by a call with the hiring manager who seemed friendly and suggested I'd meet with the team. After that, there was a three-week radio silence while they apparently screened other candidates. Then, they scheduled eight separate 45-minute interviews with different team members. Everyone I spoke with on the team was nice, and those interviews went pretty well. But then, out of the blue, they told me there was a final interview with the VP. The whole thing was just incredibly long, took up so much time, and was frankly exhausting. I did get an offer eventually, but it came too late because I had already accepted another job by then.
