It wasn't that hard, I had two HireVue interviews for a co-op and an internship and then got emails from different hiring managers to sit on a call with them for 30 minutes. The only thing is they take a long time to give you an update, still waiting lol.

I had an online interview that I needed to submit within 48 hours, and once I started, I had 3 hours to complete it. They invited me to do a first-round online interview using HireVue/Modern Hire. This interview included multiple-choice, text response, and video response questions. It was focused on my availability, eligibility, and interest in their positions. It had behavioral-based questions and aimed to highlight my technical skills.

A recruiter from the university relations team contacted me via email after I applied. The interviews were both conducted online because of Covid-19 restrictions at the time. Positions are filled as they become available. The hiring process went pretty smoothly overall, but the staff were a bit slow to respond to my questions when I was applying. It was a mix of multiple-choice, text, and video response questions, all behavioral and not technical. There were two interview rounds. The second interview was a live video call with the hiring managers at Regeneron.
