The interview process was clear and engaging, just as it was explained. Everyone on the team came prepared and asked questions that were spot on. The conversations were well-balanced and gave me a lot of information. They answered my questions and even threw in some extra details. The whole process was clearly laid out, step by step.

I had a few Teams calls. One was with a manager who wasn't the hiring manager, another was with many of my potential future colleagues, and there was also a phone call with HR. They all felt pretty casual. The meeting with my future peers, which seemed to have around 10 people invited, wasn't very structured, with no set list of questions, just surprisingly informal.

I was contacted by a recruiter for this role, who warned me the hiring manager was 'dry'. The initial phone interview confirmed this; I questioned if he was even listening. Despite this, I attended an on-site interview, which I'd arranged during a family vacation to accommodate their schedule. The hiring manager was even drier in person, complaining about other departments and his superior. The day was filled with interviews, and none of the staff were friendly, except the receptionist. The team mentioned a 'drug of the day' environment, hinting at a lack of focus and over-expansion. I was supposed to meet with the VP, but he was too busy to see me, even with advance notice, and was dressed casually. The hiring manager's poor management and the cold reception made me question the company's focus and potential success. I withdrew my candidacy. The recruiter struggled to relay this to Regeneron, who then refused to provide feedback, causing the recruiter's company to stop working with Regeneron. Candidates should reconsider joining this company, looking at their products and debt.
