Behavioral Other

I had two interviews and they were both good experiences. They did not ask difficult questions and were very friendly both times! A lot of the questions focused on sustainability, and I had to do a fitting exercise to see how I would style someone, which is something they do focus on to see how you would be able to help a customer. Overall very easy and not bad.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How do you incorporate sustainability into your daily routine?
  • Can you demonstrate how you'd style a client during a fitting session?

Behavioral Other

I don't really remember the interview process since it was a year ago. They were opening a new store at South Coast Plaza and hiring. I got the offer not long after interviewing, but the interviewer was hard to reach, taking weeks for a response about training or my start date. The training itself was on hold because the trainer was on vacation. I kept applying elsewhere because of the delays. It was a hectic time for the store, so maybe it's not like that now. I felt a lack of professionalism.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked straightforward, generic interview questions.
